Job summary

Canna Cabana in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver/Retail Shift Leader to join our community-focused team. This dual role blends in-store customer service with reliable cannabis delivery, requiring compliance, safety, and strong communication.

You will split time between supervising store operations and delivering orders within our service area, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail preferred (cannabis industry a plus).
• SellSafe certification for working in retail cannabis in Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Retail Shift Leader: supervise daily store operations and assist Store Manager in absence of SM/ASM.
• Lead in customer service and ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
• In-store merchandising, inventory oversight, and achieving sales KPIs.
• Deliver cannabis products safely and promptly within 45 minutes of order placement.
• Use delivery apps and communicate with customers as needed.
• Manage cash floats when on shift and assist on routes as required.
