Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking a part-time Cage Cashier to handle cash, tickets, currency, and gaming chips in a secure casino environment. You will process transactions and maintain accurate records while delivering high-quality guest service.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and six months of cash handling; casino experience preferred and Category 2 AGCO registration is required. Bilingual French is a plus for guest interactions on the floor.

OVERVIEW: The Cage Cashier is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and professional cash handling services in a secure casino environment. This position processes a variety of financial transactions, including cashing tickets, exchanging currency, redeeming gaming chips, issuing bank drafts, and handling player account transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. The Cage Cashier ensures the integrity of all transactions through strict adherence to cash controls, balancing procedures, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service to guests. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
