Key Responsibilities: Beautiful Ingredients Make Beautiful Things

• Leadership: Set goals for the team in collaboration with the Regional Manager and model teamwork.
• Planning and Execution: Develop strategic plans, manage execution, oversee inventory and weekly COGs, and measure results.
• Customer Focus and Business Requirements: Champion an "Every Guest Leaves Brighter" culture while providing functional expertise and executing responsibilities.
• Employee Development and Team Building: Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to employees, building effective teams and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
• Serving It Right Certification
• Barista/Coffee Experience

Experience Required

• Experience in a restaurant or bar food service environment
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Proven ability to deliver on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members
• Experience analyzing standard business reporting is preferred
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Languages other than English are an asset but not required

We're excited to meet our next team member! This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $48,000 to $52,000 per year, plus additional pay through tips.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day shifts, with weekends as needed.

Work Location: In-person at our Hastings, Burnaby location.
