Small Victory in Vancouver is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead guest experience, team development, and store performance.

You'll manage daily operations on the floor, coach a team of Assistant Managers and Baristas, and drive financial results while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced café.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume retail.
• Proven track record of developing teams and resolving conflicts.
• Strong understanding of labour management, cost control, and daily operations.
• Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Baristas.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all shifts.

The Role

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead store performance across guest experience, team development, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running all aspects of the business, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor rather than behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Manage, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Baristas.
• Elevate the Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all shifts and touchpoints.
• Drive Operations: Oversee daily service flow, staffing, and on-the-floor troubleshooting.
• Manage the Metrics: Control labour, COGS, and inventory to meet KPIs and overall financial store performance.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
