Small Victory in Vancouver is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead guest experience, team development, and store performance.

You'll manage daily operations on the floor, coach a team of Assistant Managers and Baristas, and drive financial results while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced café.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume retail.
• Proven track record of developing teams and resolving conflicts.
• Strong understanding of labour management, cost control, and daily operations.
• Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
