Job summary

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Cabinetry Sales Coordinator in Ontario to manage cabinetry projects from quotation to post-installation support.

You will coordinate with builders, customers, design, production and logistics to ensure accurate pricing, specs and schedules. The role requires 2–4 years in sales coordination or related fields, strong communication, and familiarity with POS/ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination, project coordination, or customer-facing role.
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the homebuilding process, with ability to coordinate across sales, design, production, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned cabinetry projects from quotation through post-installation support.
• Develop quotations, pricing proposals, and final specifications for production release.
• Act as the main contact among customers, builders and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Build client relationships by providing ongoing service, samples, and material options.
• Coordinate production, delivery, and installation schedules with stakeholders and logistics partners.
• Track progress and provide updates on delays, actions, and post-installation support.
