Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools, spray guns, and sanders for finishing processes.
• Attention to detail to ensure uniform, defect-free finishes.
• Knowledge of stains, paints, wood species and finishing materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding and cleaning before finishing.
• Apply finishes using stains, lacquers, paints, glazes, and sealers with spray equipment.
• Set up and operate finishing machines and power tools such as orbital sanders.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Keep the work area clean and safe in line with company policies.
