Trotter & Morton Facility Services is looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to help grow our commercial maintenance business throughout the Lethbridge area. We provide preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance, repair, and 24/7 service to commercial properties, condominiums, and institutional facilities. Our clients rely on us to protect their buildings, reduce unexpected equipment failures, control operating costs, and keep their mechanical systems running reliably.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position for someone who enjoys building a territory, opening new doors, meeting with business decision-makers, and developing solutions that deliver measurable value.
Previous HVAC experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide in-depth industry and technical training for our employees. We welcome candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds who have experience generating new business through consistent prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.
With a combination of base salary and commissions, a successful MSR can earn more than $150,000.00 annually!
