Job summary

Apple Retail in Canada is seeking a dynamic store leader to guide a team, including Managers, in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving performance objectives. You will recruit, train, and develop diverse talent while modeling inclusive leadership and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities include floor leadership, addressing escalations, and partnering with People teams to sustain a high-performing store.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken French if based in Quebec; English required for roles across Canada.

Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.

Perform other tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Be proficient in written and spoken French if your role is based in Quebec — English is required for roles throughout Canada (sign language supported for both languages).

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,400 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
