Job summary

Han Kook Meat Trading Ltd. is seeking an experienced butcher to join our Vancouver team. You will prepare special cuts, trim standard cuts, wrap and package meat, and remove bones. You will also supervise and train other meat cutters to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role is strictly on-site with a health benefits program and other advantages. A secondary school diploma and 1–2 years of meat processing experience are preferred. English proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in meat processing.
• On-site work at physical location; no remote option.
