Job summary

Garcha Bros Meat Shop & Poultry in Surrey, BC is seeking a dedicated meat cutter to join our team. You will learn cutting, trimming, packaging, and display of meats and seafood, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. This is an on-site role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

No degree is required as training is provided. Prior experience is not necessary; we train staff and value reliability, flexibility, and customer service.

• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• Sell meats to customers.
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets.
• Train meat cutters.
• Make special sausages.
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
