Responsibilities

1. Clean, cut, and prepare meats for processing and sale
2. Make special cuts and prepare custom orders
3. Wrap, package, and weigh meats
4. Price and sell meat products to customers
5. Supervise and train other meat cutters and assistants
6. Make sausages and prepare meat displays
7. Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
