Job summary

CIBC Technology Operations is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help drive the bank's digital transformation. You will partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure systems operate flawlessly across projects.

You will apply data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver a best-in-class client experience. Based in Toronto, you will work on a mix of on-site and remote arrangements, with 37.5 hours per week and a focus

What you’ll be doing

Join our CIBC Technology Operations team as a Business Systems Analyst. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an innovation-focused team that is helping to drive CIBC’s digital transformation by supporting the design and implementation of large-scale technology projects and initiatives. In this role you will partner with professionals to ensure systems are operating flawlessly. You will provide application or infrastructure technical expertise as needed for projects and initiatives related to the implementations. As a Business Analyst, you will use your analytical skills to support the team in conducting analysis that will help define the business strategy. You will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
