What you’ll be doing

As part of the Chief Administrative Office’s Client Services team, you’ll play an important role in supporting our monthly reconciliation processes and annual reviews of client entities. As a Client Services co-op, you’ll support analysts and other team members by managing documentation, conducting background checks, and capturing data in our workflow system. Your work will help maintain accurate records and support compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll gain exposure to the fast-paced capital markets environment, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build practical skills for your future career. This is a great opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in business, economics, or law who is eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment. How you’ll succeed
  • Process Support - Support monthly reconciliations and annual entity reviews to help maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Management - Capture, organize, and maintain documentation in the workflow system to support effective record‑keeping.
  • Due Diligence Support - Conduct background checks and help ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Analyst Support - Assist analysts with data entry, research, and day‑to‑day administrative activities to keep work moving forward efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration - Partner with team members across the group to meet deadlines and deliver a high standard of client service.
Who you are

You’re currently pursuing post-secondary education. You’re enrolled in a degree program in business, economics, law, or a related field, and you’ll be returning to full‑time studies after your work term. You can demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organizing information. It’s an asset if you have experience working with workflow or case management systems. You know that details matter. You pay close attention to accuracy and maintain organized records in everything you do. You’re motivated by collective success.
