Job summary

Interac Corp. in Toronto is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to define and manage system requirements for enhancements and new products. You will collaborate with business clients, end users and project stakeholders to ensure clear, testable requirements.

You will work across SDLC methodologies, perform traceability, support vendors and IT, and help deliver secure payment solutions with best practices and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience applying Use Cases, UML, and other modelling notations.
• Familiarity with payment systems, POS, ABMs, and settlement streams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements to solution and test cases.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT during development and deployment phases.
• Support release management and production issue resolutions.
