Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst for Capital Markets to focus on data analysis, data quality, and optimizing business systems within a banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Banking and Capital Markets experience, with hands-on SQL Server expertise and strong familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Azure SQL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within financial services.
• Strong Banking and Capital Markets domain knowledge, particularly product and financial data.
• Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Strong experience in data analysis, profiling, data quality, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, Data Lake, and Azure SQL.
