Base pay range

CA$50.00/hr - CA$57.00/hr

Our valued healthcare telecom client is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst for an exciting 10-month HYBRID contract position with extension possibilities!

Key Accountabilities:

1. Work with our client's Health team to provide work estimates and clearly communicate these estimates to the client.
2. Participate in and take ownership of high-quality internal IT and business stakeholder communication meetings.
3. Collaborate effectively with the development team to resolve business needs with appropriate solutions that meet requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Full SDLC experience with 7+ years, including requirements analysis to functional/design specification using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a client-facing role.
3. Experience with test strategy, test automation, and functional testing is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience delivering solutions for Health Systems such as Connecting Ontario, FHIR skills.
2. Experience with technical infrastructure projects like Data Center upgrades and migration to Cloud.
