NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a part-time secretarial/administrative officer to join the SCS Business Support Team. The role involves comprehensive admin support, referrals processing, and minute taking, with independent working and a focus on service delivery.
Permanent role, 21.41 hours per week, with varied shift patterns. Base location is Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Induction and on-site training are provided.

The post forms part of the SCS Business Support Team, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to In-Reach, Specialist Children's Services. The post-holder will undertake a variety of administrative duties, working independently for much of the time and demonstrating a clear understanding of the service. This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Heath and Care Worker visa. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is unable to provide candidates or employees with a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS).
Permanent, part-time - 21.41 hours per week
Shift Pattern - 9 am- 5 pm Wednesday to Friday OR 8 am - 4 pm Wednesday to Friday
Base location - Queen Elizabeth University Hospital
