NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to provide first-line support for Facilities Services across hospital sites. You will handle requests from patients, staff, visitors and contractors, logging, prioritising and coordinating tasks in a busy NHS environment.
The role is part-time, based at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, with a 14:00–18:00, Monday–Friday pattern. A pro rata salary is offered with comprehensive NHS benefits and development opportunities.

As a Helpdesk Operator within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of essential Facilities Services across our hospital sites. Acting as the first point of contact for patients, staff, visitors and contractors, you will help ensure requests, enquiries and urgent issues are managed efficiently and professionally. Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.
