Fidelity Canada is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead BPM initiatives, drive change management and optimize operational efficiency across Canadian business units.
The role is based in Toronto with a flexible hybrid schedule; later relocation to Mississauga is anticipated. You will partner with Risk, IT and business teams to design end-to-end processes and enable a digitally enabled workplace.

As a Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in leading business process change management initiatives and providing business process management expertise in support of Fidelity Canada strategic goals.
You will lead change management projects, provide comprehensive support to business led activities on Fidelity Canada projects, and enhance organization's capabilities to address operational inefficiencies and find opportunities for improvement.

Post-secondary education in the areas of IT, Business or related field are preferred or equivalent experience.
Business Process Analysis/Management education and/or related work experience.
A minimum of 3 years work experience in the roles related to Business Process Management, Process Improvement or Operational Excellence
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial industry.
Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt) would be considered an asset.
