Fidelity is seeking a Manager of Practice Management to lead a team that drives adoption of Wealth processes, tools and best practices. The role partners with Enablement, Operations, and Wealth Leadership to close adoption gaps and standardize practices across the advisor channel.
The ideal candidate will be a process‑oriented, highly organized leader with 5+ years in financial services and a track record of developing high‑performing teams, with CIRO registration required.
You will be working on a predefined hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

The Manager Practice Management plays a critical role in helping advisors consistently adopt and execute against Fidelity Wealth's processes, tools, and best practices. Acting as the bridge between enablement and day-to-day execution, this role ensures training translates into sustainable advisor behaviour and scalable business practices. This individual partners closely with Enablement, Operations, and Wealth Leadership to identify adoption gaps, reinforce standards, and improve the overall effectiveness and consistency of advisor practices. This person will also build a high-performing team of Practice Management facilitators and specialists designed to ensure the long-term success of Fidelity Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about helping advisors build more efficient, scalable businesses.
