Job summary

The MRG Group in Toronto is seeking a Business Operations Intern to support U operations, coordinating projects, improving processes, and managing knowledge assets across divisions. You will gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, process optimization, and documentation.

This paid internship runs January 5, 2027 to April 30, 2027, with exposure to Asana and Notion, data collection and reporting, and collaboration with partner teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project management principles and process improvement.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and digital workflows.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with knowledge management and project management tools (Asana & Notion a plus).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as required to evaluate existing business operations.

As a Business Operations Intern, you will support MRG U in organizing, managing, and executing initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across The MRG Group. You will gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, process improvement, and knowledge management while working closely with different divisions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

About Our Internship Program

The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.

The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving – Capable of assessing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• Technical Proficiency – Experience with knowledge management and project management tools (Asana & Notion experience a plus).
• Adaptability & Initiative – Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Availability - Ability to work nights and weekends as required to evaluate existing business operations.
