Canada Life is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator for a 12-month term to maintain advisor and firm information across Group, ADSL, MGA and National Account channels. You will support compensation payments, tax reporting, and operational processes while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities include reviewing maintenance requests, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely service across multiple systems and channels.
12-Month Term Position As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate advisor and firm information across several of our sales channels, including Group, ADSL, MGA and National Account. Your work will help ensure advisor records are accurate and up to date, supporting compensation payments, annual tax reporting and effective business operations.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Contracts and Compensation, you will work closely with internal and external partners to process updates, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate information across multiple systems.

Given the size and scope of our organization, this position may be located in London or Winnipeg.
The base salary for this position is between $34,900 - $43,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
