Job description

Position Title: Business Lead / Clinic Manager

Location: Aurora Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, Sutton Physiotherapy, Keswick Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic (K1) and Keswick Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic (K2)

Status: Temporary Full Time - Opportunity to grow into a permanent full time.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, may include evenings

Job Summary
  • Drive growth to achieve financial objectives.
  • Accountable for the clinic operations across 4 locations.
  • Lead administrative staff and support the Clinic Lead to meet business performance goals and implement company initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote shared vision and values to guide staff actions.
  • Support the Clinic Lead's initiatives, including people and administrative strategies.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Approve payroll, invoices, and expenses for staff.
  • Manage billing, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
  • Foster a positive company culture and high employee engagement.
  • Handle staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Build relationships with referral sources, employers, and governing bodies through marketing and sales.
  • Oversee outcomes related to key performance indicators for programs and individuals.
  • Ensure funding stream coverage and approval.
  • Complete data entry and billing tasks.
  • Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferably an undergraduate diploma in a business program or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a private rehabilitation clinic for 1-3+ years is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with accounting and budgeting is preferred.
  • Strong skills in public speaking, marketing, and continuing education are a plus.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to start quickly.
