• Strong data visualization skills for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives and decision making with data analysis and modeling
• Develop end-to-end data solutions by gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Build interactive dashboards and visual reports for executives, regional and dealer teams
• Create forecast models to support Sales Operations including budgets and inventory
• Track performance metrics across Canada and enterprise reporting

This is a 10 month contact November 2026 – August 2027

We are seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform complex operational, sales, and supply chain data into actionable visual insights. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and our nationwide Dealer Network—to design, build, and maintain enterprise-wide reporting frameworks, interactive dashboards, and analytical models.

• BI Analyst role is tailored around dealership performance, inventory flow, market share, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives and decision making with data analysis and modeling
• Develop end-to-end data solutions, gathering requirements from business stakeholders,
• Build Interactive Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports (typically using Power BI or Tableau) for executive leadership, regional sales managers, and dealership teams.
• Focused efforts to provide forecast models to support Sales Operations initiatives, including, budgets, inventory management, sales and industry or markets
• Track retail sales, whole-goods movement, and dealer inventory levels across Canada.
• Build the report portfolio.
• Provide management the proper reporting to make educated business decisions
• Provide detailed & summary reports to management and dealer network
• Generate various market share reports in a timely matter
• Identify performance coverage opportunities to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Consultant in an enterprise setting.
• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant
• data to make decisions; strong ability in relational databasing and developing inter
• related data sets
• Working knowledge of data mining principles (predictive analytics, collecting data
• from multiple data systems)
• Expert level experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Excel
