iA is seeking a Business Improvement Advisor to drive efficiency through AI, automation, and low-code solutions across the organization. You will design practical tools, guide leaders, and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work in a hybrid environment with English and French collaboration across leaders and teams, contributing to strategic objectives and financial performance while staying abreast of innovative practices.
