The Role

We’re hiring Client Acquisition Specialists who can connect us with businesses that need operational clarity, cost reduction, and scalable growth solutions. Your mission: find businesses that are open to a free discovery call and turn them into long-term clients.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and contact business owners, decision-makers, and entrepreneurs via LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, or any creative method

• Sell the value of our simple, high-impact business audit and consulting service

• Book qualified leads into our calendar for a free discovery call

• Track your outreach, calls, and progress in a simple CRM

• Collaborate with the team to improve pitch and sales flow

• Hit monthly targets to unlock tiered commission bonuses

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of sales, lead generation, or client-facing experience (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communicator and confident in outreach and prospecting

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resourceful

• Able to pitch a clear value proposition with simplicity and enthusiasm

• Bonus: Experience working with SMBs, consulting, or tech solutions

Compensation

• 100% commission-only role (no base salary)

• Bonuses for performance and closed deals

• Average commission per client can range between $300 – $1500+, depending on service tier and upsell
