Join STACK IT as a Business Development Representative 6Month Contract with Potential for FullTime!

Were looking for a driven confident and creative Business Development Representative to help grow our client base nurture relationships and be a key player in our next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing agency and work alongside a collaborative forwardthinking team.

Work Type :

  • Remote Preference for those who are located in or around the Greater Toronto Area
  • Contract 6Months with the possibility of converting to fulltime

Requirements

What Youll Be Doing (aka your future daytoday) :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach networking and inbound lead followup
  • Engage potential clients via cold calls emails and social selling to introduce STACK ITs services and uncover hiring needs
  • Qualify leads generated through marketing efforts to determine sales potential and align with target client profiles
  • Understand client pain points and business goals to recommend tailoured recruitment solutions to add value
  • Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating terms and closing new client partnerships
  • Strategically nurture and grow longterm relationships with key accounts through consistent communication and hightouch service
  • Collaborate with marketing to codevelop sales tools like outreach messaging tailoured decks and brandaligned content
  • Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with regular updates and followups using CRM tools (HubSpot experience a must!
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure a seamless transition from business development to recruitment delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends client challenges and competitor activity to bring fresh insights and recommendations to the table

What Makes You a Great Fit :

  • A degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent experience that proves you know your stuff
  • 3 years of experience crushing it in IT staffing sales and business development with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and driving revenue
  • Experience in IT sales or staffing you know the tech space and how to connect the right people with the right opportunities
  • Toptier communication skills youre clear persuasive and confident whether youre presenting writing or closing deals
  • HubSpot CRM and sales experience is a must youre comfortable navigating the platform tracking leads and driving pipeline activity
  • A problemsolver with a strategic mindset resultsoriented and unafraid to take initiative
  • You lead with integrity and keep the client experience front and center
  • Comfortable (and even excited! about working in a fastpaced startupstyle environment
  • Bonus points if youre familiar with RFPs and RFQs
