Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies in Cambridge, Ontario is hiring a High-Energy Business Development Representative to drive leads, build relationships, and fuel growth in a fast-paced sales environment. You will manage a high volume of calls, identify customer needs, and book appointments to fuel the sales pipeline.

This role requires outbound/inbound call center experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, excellent English communication, and high energy.

We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind new opportunities—connecting with potential customers, building strong relationships, and fueling the pipeline that powers our success!

Location: 2200 Eagle St N, Cambridge ON

Compensation: $17.60 - $25.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
• Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was, and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
• Understanding the buyer experience
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling differenttopics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets

What You Bring to the Table:

• Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
• Track record of accomplishing targets
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage timeeffectively
• High school diploma
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• High energy
• Motivated
