Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies, based in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to drive outbound and inbound calls, build relationships, and fuel growth in a fast-paced sales environment. The role is onsite at 2200 Eagle St N, Cambridge, ON, with a CAD 45,000 yearly compensation.

You will manage call activity, gather customer feedback, book appointments, and maintain CRM records while aiming to meet team targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Outbound/inbound call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
• Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was, and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
• Understanding the buyer experience
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling differenttopics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativetargets

What You Bring to the Table:

• Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
• Track record of accomplishing targets

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage timeeffectively
• High school diploma
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
