What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with glaziers, architects, general contractors, and developers
  • Actively manage a portfolio of clients through all sales stages, from prospecting to close
  • Identify new opportunities through industry networking, project tracking tools, and local market research
  • Collaborate across departments [Estimating, Production, and Project Management] to craft tailored solutions
  • Lead impactful conversations, presentations, and site visits that influence decision-makers
  • Track all activity, insights, and progress in CRM to maintain a clear, accurate pipeline
  • Represent Garibaldi Glass in the field at job sites, client offices, and industry events

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries
  • Hands-on experience with mid to large-scale projects [$25M+ preferred]
  • Understanding of the full construction project lifecycle and the key players involved
  • Degree or diploma in business, construction management, marketing, or related field [preferred]
  • Ability to manage multiple deals at varying stages while maintaining strong follow-through and focus on closing
  • Business-savvy and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Technically capable, proficient in MS O365, digital tools, online research, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and high attention to detail
