STARRY ART & TECH STUDIO in Halifax, Canada, is seeking personnel to administer programs promoting investment in rural and urban areas. The role is permanent, full-time, and to be performed on-site in Halifax.

The candidate will recruit staff, conduct market surveys, and lead marketing efforts including online promotions, analytics, and business planning. Prior experience and a college credential are required to ensure effective client support and service delivery.
