Job Description

The Business Development & Marketing Analyst will optimize technology to gain insights, identify opportunities, and create actionable strategies. They will manage our CRM system, Pardot, and leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance our marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing corporate memberships, developing partnerships, planning member events, and conducting competitive and trend analysis to keep the organization at the forefront of the recreation industry.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Avocado Specialist
  • Manage Salesforce for data accuracy and user support.
  • Analyze membership data, generate reports, develop insights.
  • Support customer accounts and manage portals.
  • Manage training curriculum, become a Salesforce super user.
CRM Management & Marketing Analysis
  • Coordinate targeted member communications.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, lead scoring, A/B testing.
  • Analyze KPIs, prepare performance reports.
Member Engagement & Retention
  • Monitor retention metrics, optimize member journey.
  • Design retention campaigns, segment data.
  • Collaborate with departments to align messaging.
Corporate Memberships & Partnerships
  • Revise and manage corporate membership programs.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements.
Promotional & Industry Analysis
  • Oversee promotional swag, organize engagement events.
  • Conduct market and industry trend analysis.
Additional Duties
  • Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting.
  • Other duties as required, including safety roles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or communications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, Avocado.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Interest in the fitness/wellness industry.
