Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders, aligning their objectives with our business goals. In addition to relationship-building and category management, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with internal networks and facilitating collaboration between account and internal functions. Your ability to provide clear and concise sales forecasts, as well as report on progress towards objectives, will be crucial in ensuring the success of our key accounts.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent high-level customer relationship building skills, strategic planning experience, and a strong understanding of the retail segment of the bath and kitchen industry. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, and data warehouse sales reporting systems is also essential.
