Sales & Business Development Manager – Construction Materials

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts for a leading manufacturer of Precast Concrete. If you thrive on building relationships, driving results, and making a tangible impact in the built environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial and industrial construction markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead client engagement from early project design through contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and participate in strategic planning and sales forecasting.

What You Bring :

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in precast concrete, construction materials, or industrial products.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
