What we are looking for in a Business Development Manager?
This role is highly entrepreneurial in nature. The successful candidate will function with autonomy and will bring excellent networking skills to grow the group’s presence in the mortgage broker community. Although you will receive a competitive base salary, top performers will be compensated accordingly with no variable compensation cap. The BDM is results-oriented, whose primary responsibility is growing and fostering business relationships with mortgage brokers within their defined territory of the GTA / Ontario East . Our BDM’s are true sales professionals who can make meaningful connections and trusting relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills. They are “brand ambassadors” carrying out duties with honesty and integrity.
