Human Resources Professional: Senior Talent & Strategy Leader | Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Strategic HR Management

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand
  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success
  • Responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining the existing book of business
  • Work towards growth through cold calling, customer meetings, and presentations
  • Service accounts, manage information, prepare monthly reports, provide training, and meet targets
  • Communicate regularly with operations management
  • Assist in training and collaborate with account supervisors/managers managing current customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain industry is a strong asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required
  • Ability to establish new business
