The company works closely with producers to improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs, increase equipment reliability, and optimize field operations.
We are seeking atrue hunterbased in theGrande Prairie or Fort St. John areawho enjoys prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to take ownership of a large territory and make a measurable impact on revenue and market growth.
Reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new business with upstream oil & gas producers throughoutNorthwest Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. While you'll inherit a small portfolio of existing customers, the primary focus will be onnew business development— identifying prospects, creating opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding the company's presence across the territory. You'll be supported by an experienced team of engineers, technologists, and technical specialists and will act as a trusted advisor to operations teams, production personnel, engineers, and corporate decision-makers. This is primarily a sales and business development role — not a field service position. Dedicated technical and field service teams handle equipment installation, service, and troubleshooting, allowing you to focus on selling and developing customer relationships.
This is ahome-office-based position with travelthroughout the territory. Candidates based inFort St. Johnwill typically be home every evening, while candidates based inGrande Prairiemay occasionally require overnight travel into the Fort St. John area.
You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. You’ll have the technical resources behind you to help develop solutions and support customer conversations, allowing you to focus onbuilding relationships and winning business.
