HNR Solutions Inc. is growing—and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Account Manager to help us expand our reach and deliver top-tier staffing solutions across Canada. If you thrive on sales, love building relationships, and want to make an impact in a fast-paced industry, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunt and grow new business in key industries (50+ calls/day, regular client visits)
  • Meet clients across the GTA (70% travel expected)
  • Present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage client accounts
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to build industry presence
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • 2+ years in account management or recruitment services
  • Proven cold-calling and deal-closing success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency + Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle
  • Willing to travel extensively in the GTA
