Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Abbotsford, BC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, networking, creating promotional materials, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires an individual who is proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
