About the role :
We are seeking a Business Development & Strategy Associate to join our Americas team, based in Toronto. This role supports business development and strategic initiatives within our Americas Distribution team, managing client relationships and asset growth across the region. Responsibilities include coordinating front-office efforts, preparing meeting materials, drafting notes, handling inquiries, liaising with stakeholders, and tracking client activity, escalating issues to the CEO when needed.
