Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of combined sales and operations experience within a Singapore DMC or inbound travel agency.
  • Deep understanding of buying behaviours, travel preferences, and dietary needs of travelers from India and South East Asia.
  • Established network of regional travel buyers and Singapore hospitality vendors.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, inbound tour operator software, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Complete business fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Secure partnerships with outbound tour operators, corporate clients, and MICE planners across India and South East Asia to generate new inbound B2B sales leads.
  • Design custom inbound Singapore itineraries, rate sheets, and formal RFP responses to meet client needs.
  • Analyze regional travel trends to develop new revenue streams and specialized destination packages.
  • Represent the company at travel trade shows and sales missions to expand the international partner network.
  • Oversee daily inbound logistics including transport fleets, hotel check-ins, and sightseeing schedules to ensure flawless tour execution.
  • Maintain high service delivery standards across ground operations, tour guides, and local vendors through quality assurance practices.
  • Act as senior on-ground contact to resolve real-time operational issues, flight delays, and scheduling emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and allocations with Singapore hotels, transport providers, and attractions to secure optimal inventory and pricing.
  • Monitor booking costs against sales revenue to maintain corporate profit margins and protect company profitability.
  • Deliver structured updates on pipeline health, operational volume, and cost control to the GM Sales & Operations.
  • Train and oversee a dedicated field team and coordinators to manage high-volume seasonal peaks smoothly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Singapore-based hospitality suppliers, hotels, and attractions to support business growth.
