Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients for a Workforce Management Application.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Required Background & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in direct/channel sales of Payroll/HRMS/ERP/SAAS-based products.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the corporate sales field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in direct sales of Payroll/HRMS Software/SAAS-based products.
