Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-quality sales opportunities to our Sales Team. Playing a key role in the sales process, the lead generation specialist is our brand ambassador to communicate value propositions to key personnel. They must have excellent relationship-building abilities and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently schedule demos via phone calls, email, LinkedIn & other social mediums and provide demos online.
  2. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives of targeted client accounts.
  3. Present solutions to start the outbound sales cycle and research business requirements.
  4. Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak.
  5. Work with a team of lead generation associates and establish strategies to convert leads into sales successfully.
  6. Execute email campaigns to communicate the product value proposition.
  7. Build and cultivate relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales process.
  8. Stay updated with market research, industry, and product information to generate leads.
  9. Complete all phases of the sales cycle and aim to close leads.
  10. Assist in growing our sales pipeline through lead generation, inside sales activities, client intelligence, tele-prospecting, and content engagement.
Required Skills:
  • Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) with 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience in client communication, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Manage data for clients in CRM, ensuring accurate logging and communication.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficient in writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Highly driven, organized, with outstanding time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
  • Deep understanding of communication technologies, especially email and online demos.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
