Job Position: Business Developer (Government Sales)
Job Location: New Delhi
Experience Required: Relevant experience in government sales and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with government clients, overseeing the end-to-end business development process.
- Pre-Bid Meetings: Attend pre-bid meetings to understand requirements and establish a strong client relationship.
- Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to government clients.
- Conduct demonstrations of company products and services.
- Customize presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
- Brand Enhancement: Address client concerns proactively and work towards enhancing brand value.
- Business Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial meetings and presentations to ongoing client engagement and follow-up.
- Revenue Maximization: Drive revenue growth through consistent and timely sales management.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.
- Tender Management: Screen tenders, handle tender documentation, and review tender activities.
- Risk Analysis: Analyze RFP/RFQ/EoI documents to identify potential risks.
- Client Visits: Conduct client visits for company presentations and demonstrations during the tender selection process.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the government sector.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
