This role supports high-visibility initiatives and collaborates with squads across credit portfolio management, product performance, and customer insights to influence portfolio outcomes. The position is a 12-month hybrid contract starting in December, with in-office days on Thursdays and an additional Friday per month, with

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in a consultative role focusing on data analysis.
• Experience in the Credit Card business (Banking or credit card industry).
• Strong ability to manipulate and synthesize large volumes of complex information from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and on Agile teams.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.

Our financial services client is seeking a Business Data Analyst - Expert (8+ years) to drive credit card product and portfolio analytics using SQL, SAS, data modeling, and statistical analysis

Contribute to high-visibility credit card initiatives that shape decisions across the full product lifecycle. Partner with squads focused on credit portfolio management, product performance, customer insights, and strategic analytics to influence portfolio outcomes and business decisions. This is a 12-month hybrid contract starting the first week of December, with potential extension and possible conversion to FTE. Current onsite expectations include one in‑office day each Thursday plus one Friday per month, with potential to increase to two days weekly.

Contract, Hybrid - Currently one mandatory in‑office day per week (Thursday), plus one Friday per month. There is potential for the requirement to increase to two in‑office days per week, including a designated squad day.

Must have Requirements:

1. Business Analyst experience - 8 years

2. Product Knowledge - 3 years

2. Experience in a consultative role focusing on data analysis - 3 years

2. Previous experience in the Credit Card business (Banking or credit card industry)

3. Experience manipulating and synthesizing large volumes of complex information from multiple sources.

4. Strong knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.

5. Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

6. Experience working on an Agile team.
