Job summary

Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is seeking a Business Centre Manager to lead a Kelowna team and drive growth for entrepreneurs within the market.

You will empower your team with clear direction, mentoring, and a focus on delivering funding and advisory solutions while building enduring relationships in the local business community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
• 3+ years of front-line sales leadership experience and/or 10-15 years' progressive experience in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
• Recognized for outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional at prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams.
• Professional credentials such as MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP, or CMC (asset).
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
