Job summary

BDC in Kelowna seeks a Business Centre Manager to drive growth and innovation, empower a team, and build lasting relationships with local entrepreneurs.

You will set direction, lead client acquisition and financing initiatives, coach top performers, and collaborate across the regional leadership team to meet ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant field.
• 3+ years front-line sales leadership experience and/or 10–15 years progressive experience in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
• Recognized for outstanding customer service.
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams.

• Lead the team to meet objectives related to new client acquisition, financing and advisory solutions, client service and portfolio growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant field)
• 3+ years of front-line sales leadership experience and/or 10–15 years’ progressive experience in financial services
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking
• Recognized for outstanding customer service
• Exceptional at prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams
• Professional credentials such as MBA, CPA, CFA, PMP, or CMC (asset)

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
