SE Health in Markham, ON is seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support Learning and Talent Management modules during our HR Transformation. This contract role (9-12 months) emphasizes hands-on Workday BA work, stakeholder management, and translating complex requirements into effective solutions.

Note: This is a hybrid role based out of Markham, ON. There will be occasional travel required for in person meetings 2-3 times per month or when needed for project support.
We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support our Workday HCM implementation, specifically focused on Learning and Talent Management modules (Learning, Performance, Goals, Career & Development). This is a contract role (9-12 months) supporting our HR Transformation & Solutions team through go-live, stabilization, and user adoption.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on Workday Learning/Talent business analysis experience, strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate complex business requirements into Workday solutions, and proven ability to drive user adoption through effective training, communication, and change support as core competencies expected of Business Analysts on enterprise system implementations.
