Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Business Analyst V to fill a 3-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with a financial background.

As a Business Analyst V your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Researching, recommending and implementing workflow efficiencies to improve service quality and efficiency of operational business processes

• Conducting interviews with business and technical experts to identify and communicate issues

• Developing procedures in support of new products, services, and system enhancements and conducting train-the-trainer sessions

Qualifications required for Business Analyst V include:

• Strong technical product and processing system knowledge, as well as a good awareness of department operations

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
