Job summary

CGL in Canada is seeking a Business Analyst to support Salesforce CRM enhancements within the GO Client Experience team. This temporary full-time, hybrid role involves collaborating with Business, Operations, Data and Technology to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, analyze impacts and drive continuous improvement while aligning with client needs and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related business experience.
• Minimum two years in a Business Analyst role with requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process analysis, and solution delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
• Strong business knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures, and workflows.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, or related certifications are considered assets.

• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities that support the ongoing evolution of Salesforce CRM as a strategic enterprise platform.
• Analyze business processes, user feedback, and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increased efficiency, stronger controls, and improved user experiences.

Expected salary range $60,574.00 to $100,956.00

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
